    Council of Communication Associations

    The Council of Communication Associations is an umbrella organization that currently includes seven different national or international communication associations. A direct link to each member's website may be activated by clicking on the names listed above.

    Members include:
    American Journalism Historians Association

    Association for Education in Journalism & Mass Communication
    Association of Schools of Journalism & Mass Communication
    Black College Communication Association
    Broadcast Education Association
    International Communication Association
    National Communication Association

    CCA was created to enhance the mission and facilitate the activities of its member associations, and to promote understanding and advancement of communication as an academic discipline.

    Each member provides two voting representatives to the Council. The group meets annually, or as needed for specific projects.
